 1 kilogram of chicken breast

 3 cloves of garlic

 1 teaspoon of paprika

 1 drizzle of oil

How to Make Chicken Medallion with Roasted Bacon:

Cut the chicken breast into large cubes as shown in the picture. This way it will be very easy to prepare this chicken medallion in the oven.

Now add the seasonings to the chicken (garlic, salt, paprika, oil and black pepper) and let it rest for a few minutes.

Tip: Let the chicken rest with the seasonings for at least 30 minutes. If you are preparing this recipe with time, you can leave it for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Buy a piece of bacon about 6 to 8 inches long and cut the bacon into thin slices as shown in the picture. You can also use sliced ​​bacon, but in this case the slices can be shorter.
